Exam stress

Stress is the reaction you may have to excessive demands or pressure. This may arise due to your own expectations about your performance, feeling overwhelmed by the amount of revision you have, demands from parents or teachers or several other reasons.

Stairways: Exam Results Stress

The regional young people’s group, Stairways with particularly help from Calderdale Tough Times Reference Group has produced a short video to help spread some positive messages at what can be a stressful time for some young people.
